How much does Maison Hestiane's Airbnb management cost?
Rental management is charged at a single rate of 20% of the rental income generated. The commission is calculated on the booking amount before platform fees are deducted, excluding property preparation costs and tourist tax. Property preparation (cleaning, laundry, supplies, welcome basket) is quoted according to the size of the property. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
